The SimCorp Dimension Academy is an intensive, three-week training program designed to accelerate onboarding and strengthen participants’ understanding of SimCorp Dimension across all core financial functions — from front office to back office. Through a combination of expert-led instruction, interactive workshops, and hands-on assignments, you will gain the knowledge, tools, and practical skills needed to effectively implement, configure, and operate SimCorp Dimension in real-life investment management environments. 

Key Learning Objectives:  

- Gain a deep understanding of SimCorp Dimension’s financial and technical components 
- Learn standard implementation tools and workflows 
- Build competence to apply SimCorp Dimension in daily operational tasks 
- Complete a practical implementation assignment and final assessment 
- Understand end-to-end investment management processes supported by SimCorp Dimension 

Target Audience:  
This program is designed for professionals involved in the implementation, configuration, or support of SimCorp Dimension, such as functional/ application supporters, developers, quality assurance specialists, system managers, system operators, and IT staff that might need to change configurations of various batch jobs or services within the system.   

Pre-requisites:  
No prior SimCorp Dimension experience is required. General financial knowledge or work experience will be an advantage.

Duration: 3 weeks of daily sessions (with optional remote completion of final assignment)  
Weeks 1 & 2: Daily onsite training sessions from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET, held at SimCorp’s headquarters in Copenhagen.  
Week 3: Final assignments to be completed either onsite or remotely, offering flexibility for participants.  
Program Completion: The Academy concludes with an optional exam and celebration, wrapping up no later than 2:00 PM on the final day.
