DESCRIPTION:

Participants explore key financial accounting principles and methods, general ledger, and fund administration concepts through guided exercises and applied learning scenarios. The training emphasizes practical competence, enabling learners to confidently analyze accounting calculations and figures, troubleshoot and configure the general ledger, and perform fund Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations using straight-through processing (STP) workflows in SimCorp One.

FOCUS AREAS / MODULES

• Financial Accounting

This module supports the development of strong accounting fundamentals and provides an in-depth understanding of the financial accounting solution in SimCorp One, with a focus on system behavior, configuration, and accounting logic

• General Ledger

This module enhances your practical understanding of general ledger configuration and processing within the system. Through guided explanations and hands-on activities, you will work with the core general ledger configuration windows, gaining insight into how they interact and depend on one another.

• Fund Administration

This module introduces the fundamental components of fund setups and NAV calculation. It explains how fund administration supports accurate valuation, reporting, and operational workflows.
