DESCRIPTION:

The SimCorp One Academy Investment Training provides a practice-oriented introduction to configuring investment workflows in SimCorp One. Through hands-on exercises, 
participants learn to set up portfolios for Integrated Investment Processing, execute over-the-counter (OTC) trading workflows, build and test compliance rules, manage alternative investments transactions, and configure performance workflows - developing practical competence in core investment processes.

FOCUS AREAS / MODULES

• Strategic Investment Planning and Portfolio Management

This module prepares you to configure Integrated Investment Processing in SimCorp One as part of onboarding a new investment mandate. It also introduces the key Asset Manager configuration steps that shape how portfolio data is displayed, calculated, and analyzed.

• OTC Instruments, Trade Execution and Investment Compliance

This module introduces OTC instruments and their trade execution workflows, along with building simple compliance rules in SimCorp Dimension.

• Alternative Investments, Risk Management and Performance Measurement

This module supports the workflows and tools required to manage alternative investments. It also covers the configuration of reporting market data stress tests and performance measurement windows for the Investment Analytics Platform.
