DESCRIPTION:

The SimCorp One Academy Operations Training provides a more comprehensive onboarding experience for SimCorp One’s Operations features. This course builds upon the curriculum from the SimCorp One Academy Foundation, detailing how the configuration of the SimCorp One Operations modules supports SimCorp’s investment management value chain.

FOCUS AREAS / MODULES

• Transactions Enrichment and Transactions Processing

This module builds practical skills for consistent, accurate, and automated post-trade operations. You learn how settlement defaults drive behavior, how costs are applied, and how transactions progress through the STP lifecycle from booking to final processing.

• Asset Servicing and Cash Processing

This module builds practical skills in corporate action processing and cash management. You learn to handle exchange offers, dividend option events, and use cash management tools to manage liquidity and forecast dividend income, gaining a clear view of how corporate actions and cash flows support daily operations.

• Valuation, Portfolio Calculation and Reconciliation

This module builds practical skills in valuation and portfolio calculation. You learn how daily positions and cash flows form accurate portfolio values and gain a clear understanding of reconciliation by comparing internal holdings with external data to identify and resolve breaks.
